Capantra monitors relevant privacy, telecoms, and consumer protection guidance across AU, US, and EU. Where changes materially impact platform expectations, we update policies and (where appropriate) product controls.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers operate campaigns and remain responsible for legal interpretations, consent requirements, and compliance programs. Capantra provides tools to support accountability, not legal determinations.
